ANGST a documentary film on anxiety, the causes & effects, and speaks to what can be done to help. While there is a focus on teens, this film will speak to all of us in this time of pandemic.
We are grateful to invite you to this virtual screening with Spanish subtitles on Monday, February 8 from 5:30 to 7 pm. The film will be followed by a panel discussion that includes a panel of professionals in mental health including a clinical psychologist, therapist, a youth director and a deacon & school president in our diocese. Students age 10+, parents, grandparents, educators, catechists, nuns, priests and all interested are welcome!
