WE NEED VOLUNTEERS!
We need over 400 volunteers to be able to have the festival each year. There is setup, tear down, manning food booths, game booths and a so many other areas. We are asking each family to volunteer for one of the areas during the festival. Thank you very much in advance for your help!

SPONSORSHIP FOOD & GAME BOOTHS
One of the ways we offset Festival expenses is to seek donations to cover the cost for our food and beverage concessions, our game booths and other items needed to hold our annual Festival. Would you like to sponsor one of our booths? Your name will appear on the booth you sponsor as well on our Festival 2017 T-Shirt. Costs of booths are as follows:
Beer Booth: $500
Margarita Booth: $500
Wine Booth: $500

We will do our best to fulfill your requests for specific food or game booth as best we can, however, requests will be filled on a first come first received basis. Forms received without checks or credit card information will not be honored until checks are received. Support the our Festival by donating $75 and we will place your name on our T-Shirt AND you’ll get a free t-shirt. This is for individuals or Companies.

Dinner will be sold 5-6 pm

50 cents each or 12 for $5.00
On Saturday Night you can enjoy conversations with friends and fellow parishioners or dance the night away while enjoying a beverage from one of our booths (You must be 21 to purchase alcoholic beverages). Bring your most comfortable camp chair to sit by the fire pit around dusk (weather permitting).

The Silent Auction is one of the biggest draws to our festival each year. You can find 49er, Giants, Sharks, and other major sporting events, as well as Golf, weekends away, massage certificates, movie tickets, photo sessions, beautiful large baskets filled with many items. You have to come to believe how affordable these items start at!
