Who’s Taking Care of the Caregiver?

Caring for a Caregiver Are You or someone you know a Caregiver who is…

  • Helping a family member struggling with the Ups & Downs of life?
  • Are you isolated or feeling lonely, frustrated, discouraged, unappreciated, maybe a little angry?
  • Do you feel invisible and don’t know how to become visible or validated?
  • Experiencing feelings of guilt or unable to speak up for what you really want, need
or deserve….because you are not the one sick?

It is important to know you are not alone.  All caregivers are invited to attend a Caregivers’ Support Group.  This is a safe place to connect with others that may relate or empathize. You will gain understanding about the importance of self-care and how it is not selfish and tools to manage your own needs.

It is open to both non-professional and professional caregivers.

Caregiver Meetings will be held about every 2-3 times a year and we will be doing a retreat once a year.
